Back Country Cuisine Elite Meals

Back Country Cuisine Elite has been formulated to meet the energy requirement of meat eating elite outdoors people, who want to push themselves and need meals delivering 700 to 800+ Cal/kcals of energy. 

The bulk of the calories are coming from fats and protein with the remainder coming from carbohydrates.

 We've also made the meals the same dry weight as our main range so they're nice and filling. Because of their higher fat content they're also more packable being less bulky and taking slightly less water to rehydrate.

Available Flavours:

Oats and Apple - Creamy oats with freeze-dried apple, raisins, almonds and a dash of cinnamon. Great for breakfast or dessert. Contains Gluten, Milk, Soy, Almond, Sulphites.

Curried Beef Mince - A hearty meal of freeze dried quinoa and beef mince, with curry notes and just the right amount of vegetables. Contains Milk. 

Biryani Lamb - A filling classic Indian dish with aromatic rice, freeze-dried lamb, green peppers and corn. Contains Milk

Korma Chicken - Authentic spicy rice and freeze-dried chicken with vegetables, almond flakes and a yoghurt sauce to mix. Contains Milk, Soy, Almond.
